Register & Complete Admission Information Form4>
- Parents complete the Enrollment Information Form on our website or register directly at the school
- After the information is submitted, the Admissions Office will confirm and provide guidance on the next steps
- Parents then finalize the enrollment fee in accordance with Wowkid’s policy
Visit the school & Talk with the Board of Directors4>
- The school will contact families to arrange a visit to the campus, classrooms, and learning environment
- Parents will meet with the School Leadership Team and the Admissions Department to discuss the curriculum, teaching approaches, and the learning activities offered at Wowkid in detail
- Children may join a trial class so teachers can observe their readiness and provide appropriate recommendations
Application review & Result notification4>
- The child’s application and information will be reviewed by the School Leadership Team based on age, adaptability, and current class availability
- Wowkid will notify families of the admission result via email or phone with one of the three statuses:
Admission Accepted
Waitlisted
Admission Declined (in cases of incompatibility or class capacity limits)
Complete the admission process4>
- Parents complete the Enrollment Form and submit the enrollment fee as required
- Please prepare the following documents:
A copy of the child’s birth certificate
Immunization record or vaccination confirmation
Medical examination certificate (according to the required form)
Authorized pick-up and drop-off information
Information regarding any special health conditions (if applicable) - Once all documents are completed, the child officially becomes a Wowkid student and will be scheduled for a start date
