History

Wowkid Preschool was established in 2020, born from a single heartfelt mission: to create a modern, safe, and inspiring early childhood environment, where every child is nurtured with love and respect, and their limitless potential is awakened from the very first years of life

We take pride in combining the best of American educational programs with the renowned philosophy of Finnish Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC). This approach, centered on the child and grounded in learning through play, not only helps children acquire knowledge but also builds a strong emotional and social foundation, fostering harmonious development in language, cognition, physical growth, and creativity

Throughout our journey, Wowkid has continuously innovated its curriculum, upgraded facilities, and refined teaching methods, alongside a dedicated team of teachers, to provide each child with a joyful childhood and the most meaningful learning experiences

Vision

At Wowkid Preschool, childhood is not merely a stepping stone to primary school, but a magical and invaluable journey. It is a golden stage for shaping character, intellect, and emotions, laying a solid foundation for life ahead

At Wowkid, we do not impose strict demands or expect children to achieve extraordinary feats. What we truly wish for is that each child becomes a unique version of themselves and experiences a childhood filled with joy

Wowkid does not aim to be a school driven by rankings or labels of ‘excellent’ or ‘good.’ Here, we honor each child’s unique development, recognizing that every individual is special. At Wowkid Preschool, every corner has a Teacher accompanying the children to grow up

Not only investing in the curriculum and professional capacity, Wowkid also focuses on training each member of the team – from teachers to support staff – to become loving guides for children

Every employee at Wowkid carries an educational mission, focusing on children’s development. Even though they are not directly teaching in class, they are still inspirational companions, guiding children through every daily interaction

At Wowkid, “Teachers” are not only limited to the classroom. They are also the people who silently help children explore the world:
– The security guard carefully guides children where to put their hats and how to wash their hands; The uncle teaches the children to water the plants, weed, and tend the small garden – sowing the seeds of care and independence in them
– The chef takes the children on a colorful culinary journey, helping them recognize food, nutrition, and how to prepare it – making each meal an interesting lesson
– The janitor teaches the children to understand the value of a clean, tidy space, and instills in them the habit of preserving the surrounding living environment

Through each small but meaningful interaction, the children gradually realize that everyone around them has a talent and a specialty worth learning. And that the role of each staff member in the school is equally important, together creating a warm, safe, and educational environment for the children to grow up happily every day
